Complimentary follow-up

The initial consultation includes one complimentary focused follow-up. It must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of the initial consultation. It is intended to review progress, clarify the original plan, or discuss results related to the initial concern. A new problem, urgent concern, substantially expanded evaluation, or ongoing management may require a separate appointment.

Telehealth and reimbursement limitations

Telehealth may not provide enough information for a definitive diagnosis or treatment decision. An in-person examination, imaging, dental testing, neurologic evaluation, or referral may be required. OroAccess is initially self-pay. A receipt and superbill may be provided for possible out-of-network reimbursement, but coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed.
